The Rebirth Of The Lost Sheep
As I step into a new year of life, I find myself reflecting on something deeper than birthdays, milestones, or fresh starts. I find myself reflecting on grace.
Life has a way of taking us down unexpected roads. Sometimes we wander. Sometimes we run. Sometimes we lose our way so quietly that we don't even realize how far we've drifted from who we were created to be.
Yet one of the most beautiful truths I've learned is this: God never stops looking for His children.
The story of the lost sheep reminds us that when one sheep wandered away, the shepherd left the ninety-nine to search for the one. Not because the ninety-nine weren't valuable, but because the one mattered too much to be left behind. Imagine being loved so deeply that Heaven notices your absence and comes searching for you.
The story of the prodigal son carries the same message. After making mistakes, losing his way, and believing he was no longer worthy, the son returned home expecting rejection. Instead, he was met with open arms, compassion, and celebration. His past didn't disqualify him from his Father's love.
How many of us need that reminder?
This collection was born from that truth.
It is for anyone who has ever questioned their purpose, doubted their worth, felt forgotten, or wondered if they had gone too far to find their way back. It is a reminder that before God formed us, He knew we would be imperfect. He knew we would stumble. Yet He called us anyway.
This season of rebirth is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to who God always intended you to be.
As I celebrate another year of life, I am choosing to embrace new beginnings, renewed faith, and the courage to keep moving forward. And I hope these pieces encourage you to do the same.
When the road feels long, remember the Shepherd still searches.
When shame tells you to stay away, remember the Father still waits.
When you feel unseen, remember you are the one worth leaving the ninety-nine for.
This is more than a collection. It is a testimony of grace, a celebration of second chances, and a reminder that no matter where you've been, you are never beyond God's reach.
Welcome to your rebirth.
